Law Of Attraction is a philosophy and belief that we each have the ability to attract whatever we focus on, whether that be positive or negative. This belief has nothing to do with your age, gender, religion, or nationality, because we ALL have this ability.

Manifesting and law of attraction are a common theme throughout Souldresser Retreats. We include many of the law of attraction techniques in our program to help stimulate positive thinking and attract abundance. 

In basic quantum physics we learn that particles act different when they are observed. That tells us that when we focus our attention on something, there is energy being exchanged. We have found that this energy exchange becomes equal, meaning when something happens to one particle, the same reaction happens to the other. This is called Quantum Entanglement. What does this have to do with law of attraction? It simply tells us that everything is connected. Quantum Physics also teaches us that nothing is fixed, and that everything is energy with its own vibrational frequency. By learning how to control our thoughts and vibrations, we can attract like-particles (manifestations) into our life. 

I think the most challenging part for people to accept, is acknowledging that part of the package when it comes to Law Of Attraction is that every single one of your decisions in life, whether good or bad, have been shaped by you, and you alone. The truth is, your thoughts and feelings do have an effect on the events that take place around you. A simple shift in your perspective and having an understanding about your relationship to the universe, can actually begin to attract better things into your life.

To take full responsibility of your thoughts and beliefs isn't easy and can seem overwhelming, but that's what we are here for!

We help teach you that you no longer have to be a victim of your circumstances, but learn to be a diving co-creator of your reality. 

Just like yoga and meditation, law of attraction is a practice. We encourage starting with compassion for yourself.

On our retreats we include tools and techniques to help you replace limiting beliefs with positive beliefs, align you with your highest vibration, and practice gratitude and mindfulness through yoga and meditation.
